Monthly Meetings

Members can look forward to the monthly meeting with the various speakers in Tiptree Community Centre. We can meet up with friends and enjoy the opportunity of making some new ones. With this in mind, and looking forward to the rest of the year, we have put together the complete programme for this year. We are taking a very positive view of the year ahead with new activities planned to bring our members all the benefits of being part of Tiptree u3a.

Click here for our complete Programme 2025/26 (pdf) or Programme 2025/26 (flipbook).

We hold regular monthly meetings on the 3rd Thursday of the month, in the Tiptree Community Centre (1a Caxton Close, Tiptree CO5 0UP). Doors open at 1:30 pm, the meeting starts at 1:45 pm and ends at 3:00 pm.

We always have a guest speaker or an activity of some description. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served thereafter so you can chat with other members and generally keep in touch.

If you are not sure if u3a is right for you, why not come along and find out more about us. You are welcome to attend a monthly meeting as a visitor (£3 charge), but on the second visit you will be expected to become a fully paid up member of the Tiptree u3a.
